read carefully: - Please be at the club 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time. - Eye protection is Mandatory!! No exceptions. - Every participant's first match date/time is listed below. You'll get the times for your subsequent matches after your first match. - All draws are final. Please don't request changes. - Each player will play at least 2 matches. If you loose in your first match, you will be moved to the Consolation draw. - After each match, check the draws on the wall for the time of your next match. - All Finals will be played on Sunday, 12/4. - Based on number of participants, the draws were as follows: --- 2.5, 3.0, 50+, JrsB and Doubles are all Round Robin. This means that each player/team will play all other players/teams in their division. --- 50+ and 60+ divisions were merged to form the 50+ Division. --- 5.0 and 5.5 divisions were merged to form the 5.5 Division - When you come to the club, tell them you're participating in the tournament. There will be a registration desk for the tournament where you'll need to check-in and collect your tshirt. - If you have any questions during the tournament, contact me. - There will be trophies for the Division Champion, Finalist and Consolation Winner. - For the Juniors Division: Parents, as I had mentioned in a previous email, please plan to have your kids at the club between 1-4pm on Saturday, 12/3. All matches will be played during this window.
